Coporación Andina de Fomento (CAF) has awarded Novadays with the Modernization Study of the Postal Sector in Panama.
In 2005, with the completion of the Comprehensive Plan of Development and Postal Reform began the process of modernization of the postal sector.
Novadays was hired to be part of this process, assisting the General Management of Posts and Telegraphs —COTEL, founded in 1904, operates as a unit under the Ministry of Government and Justice— in all aspects of importance for the company: organization, policies, strategies, human capital, technology and logistics, deepening in the trade policies and funding necessary to implement policies in the short, medium and long term.
